What will the role involve?





You will actively manage our growing Corporate Function teams to build on the preexisting business and further develop the areas of specialization in that team. You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, train and develop all the consultants within your team as well as your own career progression.





As this position is a billing Manager role you will be expected to:


Maintain a 360 degree desk which involves both the Business Development aspects of the recruitment industry Sourcing for new clients, negotiation of terms and signing local, regional or even global agreements Sourcing and closing placements.
This will involve doing high level Headhunting, Market Mapping and extensive searching for Top Talent in the market for your clients. On top of running your own desk you will need to:


run daily or weekly huddles with your teams Support them with their own client and candidate needs, run training and attend financial reporting meetings with the Country Director.
You will be given access to one of the worlds largest platforms in terms of databases, current clients and technology support to further help you succeed ahead of the competition.





What are we looking for?





This position will require prior experience in Corporate Function (Accounting & Finance or HR and relevant) recruitment, proven experience in individual 360 Recruitment with a strong track record of sales, as well as managing a small team of at least 2 (but ideally more) team members in 360 Recruitment.





We would expect an ideal candidate to have strong motivations towards running a sales team, be comfortable winning business and be interested in developing high performing sales individuals under their leadership.





Candidates must be willing to work in a high performance sales environment which does mean Team Targets, individual Billing targets and yes, KPIs! But for those right people, that will only motivate them to achieve those targets.
