About the company:

\xe2\x96\xba Our client is a established and well known leading local financial company within Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of Relationship Manager (RMs), ensuring the RMs meet the targeted loans objectives of the business.
• Engage in daily interactions with RMs to drive performance oriented objectives.
• Guide/coach/motivate RMs to achieve their individual targets.
• Assist HOD conduct market surveys and strategize product and pricing policies targeted at growing the loan portfolio.
• Review and evaluate loan proposals and make appropriate recommendations to the relevant approving authorities.

Requirements

• Able to use excel to report and manage daily/monthly transaction volume.
• 3-5 years experience in the relevant industry.
• Support inclusion and to focus on staffs\' strengths and abilities to train staff on suitable tasks
• Must be patient, meticulous and logical in their work and capable of prioritizing tasks
• Self-driven and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably has at least 1 year experience leading a team of 5 to 10 staff
• Has experience using any of the Bank\'s systems is an added advantage
