This is an Internal/In-house position with Spring Professional, under The Adecco Group.

Work Location: Central Area, Orchard



You will actively manage one of our Technology/Banking focused teams to build on the pre-existing business and further develop the areas of specialization. You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, train and develop all the consultants within your team as well as your own career progression.

As this position is a billing Manager role, you will be expected to:

  • maintain a 360-degree desk that involves both the Business Development aspects of the recruitment industry
  • source for new clients, negotiation of terms and signing local, regional or even global agreements as well as the Sourcing side of the desk.
  • do high-level Headhunting, Market Mapping and extensive searching for Top Talent in the market for your clients.
  • run daily or weekly huddles with your team, support them with their own client and candidate needs, run training and attend financial reporting meetings with the Country Director.
Job Requirement
  • Prior experience in Technology/Banking recruitment, proven experience in individual 360 Recruitment with a strong track record of sales, as well as managing a small team of at least 2 other team members in 360 Recruitment.
  • Strong motivations towards running a sales team, be comfortable winning businesses and be interested in developing high performing sales individuals under their leadership.
  • Willing to work in a high-performance sales environment which does mean Team Targets, individual Billing targets, KPIs.
