Job Description
We are seeking someone who is energetic, loves to interact and has a passion to elevate customer experience to a new level to join our team as a Tearista/Counter crew working in the middle of CBD area serving up Japanese food and drinks.
This role will be based at Raffles Place and reporting to the Store Manager.
In this role, you will:
- To be responsible in all duties relevant to a Tearista/Counter Crew.
- To ensure counter area is well-kept and all equipment & bar utensils are washed and cleaned.
- To prepare food ingredients and serve food items hygienically and professionally.
- To perform ad hoc runner duties when required.
- To agree on Non-Disclose Clause of in house recipes for all products.
- To ensure service standard and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- To assist in daily stocktake and inventory management.
- To ensure that the environment is clean and well maintained.
- To participate in all training programs relevant to the company\xe2\x80\x99s businesses.
- Communicate well and work harmoniously with all team members
