In this role, the officer is expected to undertake the following areas of work:Product and project deliveryResponsible for the quality and timely delivery of project/sprintEstablish project plan, resource requirement, project schedule and task allocation plan together with business users, developers and stakeholdersIdentify, track and communicate progress of project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and risks during the projectCoordinate project activities across multiple teams and applications across the organizationSecure acceptance and approval of the key deliverables based on the project management frameworkSolution engineering, testing and deliveryCoordinate and work with other technical teams (e.g. Infrastructure, Enterprise, Applications) to set up infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, application integrations and resolve deployment and integration issues;Lead and liaise with software engineers and other technical teams to resolve impediments, incidents and issues.Design, manage and execution test and quality assurance for solutionsIn concert with subject matter experts, design solutions which include system architecture, application architecture, including security and data design, resiliency, performance, reusability, product competency and programming skills.Solution business analysis and designIn conjunction with business and product teams, to design and deliver a solution experience that meets the needs of user through human, digital, and physical interactions, over time, across a journey (in conjunction with policy, process, digital enablers).Mapping of the service/business/functional requirements to solution/application system/technical requirements and ensure overall design, development and implementation remains consistent with the overall architecture of the project, and its objectives and needs.Product technical management and operationsWork closely with the business product owner and software engineers on regular deployment of product features;Support system operations after project go-live to ensure system availability and SLAConduct maintenance and technology lifecycle management on the applications and systemsBudgeting and planningBudgeting and resourcing planning for the team, products, and projectsVendor contracting and managementConduct procurementManage vendors toward delivery of outcomesGovernance, Risk and ComplianceEnsure compliance to ICT Governance policies and standardsEnsure risk framework is adhered to, and carry out risk management for projects and productsYou will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments.What we are looking for:Bachelor Degree with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience in project management, business analysis and system operationPreferably more than 3 years of relevant experience in agile project managementStrong experience in managing business, IT and senior stakeholdersSound understanding of the technical aspects of systems integration in an environment with diverse technologiesStrong communication skills and ability to influence to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when requiredWorking experience in using project management software like JIRA to track, monitor, and reporting of project/issue progress and producing reportsFamiliarity with Government Instruction Manual 8 will be an added advantageFamiliar with containers, microservices, DevOps and AWS Cloud technologiesResourceful and possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsGood analytical skills, and able to mulit-task and deliver results in a timely mannerAbility to resolve complex problems creativelySelf-driven, creative and team-oriented person with good interpersonal and organizational skillsAs part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.About Monetary Authority of Singapore:MAS is the central bank of Singapore.
