Role Overview:
As CTO, you will be responsible for
driving the technology vision, architecture, and execution
of our tech product. You will lead the development of mobile and web applications, manage technical teams, and ensure our solutions align with our social impact mission. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in astartup environment

Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the
technology strategy
in alignment with the company mission. Architect and developmobile and web applications
from scratch. Ensurescalable, secure, and efficient technology infrastructure
. Drive innovation and stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to social impact. Oversee the full product lifecycle -- from ideation to launch and continuous iteration.Requirements:
Proven experience in building apps or platforms from scratch. Strong technical expertise in
web and mobile development
(e.g., React, Flutter, Python, Node.js, cloud platforms). Passion forsocial impact and tech for good
. Passionate to be part of astartup environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. * Experience withvolunteerism, community initiatives, or social projects
is highly desirable.
