We are seeking a Tech Lead to guide our development team and drive our technical vision. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make key decisions on tech stack, architecture, and processes, shape the future of our product, and prepare us for the AI revolution.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical depth in one or more areas: Mobile, Backend, Infra, Data, AI
• Proven Experience: You have a track record as a Tech Lead or similar role in software development teams. You've successfully led projects from conception to completion.
• Technical Expertise: You're proficient in multiple programming languages and familiar with a wide range of tech stacks. You're always learning about new technologies and best practices.
• Leadership Skills: You're a natural leader who can inspire a team, make tough decisions, and keep projects on track. You know how to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: You're a creative thinker who can solve complex technical challenges. You're not afraid to think outside the box or challenge the status quo.
• Communication Skills: You're an excellent communicator who can clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders
