Job Description

:



Support new market entry and existing market day-to-day maintenance, including process and project management, schedule management, contract tracking, risk identification and escalation, status updates, cross-functional communications and reporting support. Manage all deliverables to achieve targeted dates and ensure successful market & store openings by spearheading communications and follow-ups with cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors. Create reports on project progress using measurable metrics and delivery dates. Create status reports on new market opening targets and existing market roadmap status. Identify and introduce new ideas and solutions to create efficiencies in overall new market entry and market maintenance. Drive process innovation and simplification for all end-to-end procedures with emphasis on identifying efficiencies, improving timelines and ensuring scalability. This role reports to Senior Director but is part of the project management team, led by the project management lead.

Requirements:



5-8 years of experience as tech project manager working for companies with international footprint 3+ years of physical retail or restaurant project management experience preferred Technical knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Power BI, Project Management software & ability to learn new applications Project management/project planning Ability to manage multiple timelines and initiatives Able to communicate/present clearly to all levels of management * Process creation and metrics reporting experience
