Tech & Test Analyst (TTA) / BA

Responsibilities:

• Assist Product Mangers in the management of project development and as quality gatekeepers of project deliverables.

• Develops epics and user stories for all new functionality, presents user stories to product teams and ensures new functionality meets the acceptance criteria.

• Partners with stakeholders to help define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that delivers incremental value whilst aligning with product vision and strategic goals.

• Work with Global cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and break them into user stories, develop test plans, test cases and execute test scenarios.

• Identify and implement process improvements in software testing and development processes

• A good team player

• Must be analytical and proactive

• Technology or engineering background, or related degree preferred

• 1-2 years of working experience in professional product development

• Experience working with multi-functional teams in Agile

• Experienced with tools like JIRA & Figma

• Possess knowledge in API gateway and service technologies such as, web services, REST, SOAP, HTTP, XML, JSON, YAML.

• Experience of multiple country implementation would be an added advantage

• Works with their development team, Product Manager and other Product Owners to do release planning.

• Possess an understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies

• Must possess the ability to identify and manage risks/issues with strong problem management skills

• Must be self-organising, able to prioritise own workload and seek input from stakeholders when required.
