Job Description
My client is a crypto exchange. We are looking for candidate with experience in either one: business combinations, derivatives, hedging and complex financial instruments
Job Scope
- Assist with preparation of accounting and finance policies
- Assist with adoption of new accounting standards, including coordinating with
- Provide counsel to internal stakeholders including interpretation, application and
- Assist with preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures
- Carrying out research on intricate accounting matters to attain external reporting
- Discover and find solution to peculiar accounting matters, communicating results
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, cryptocurrency
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting requirements
- Experience in business combinations, derivatives, hedging and complex financial
