Job Description

The Technical Alliance Manager works closely with the Development, Product Management, Marketing and Sales teams in building relationships and solutions that leverage existing and new integrations with our various technology partners. You will help shape and execute a strategy to build solutions for a broad range of customer use cases while connecting technology with measurable business value. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve technical challenges. The Technical Alliance Manager is responsible for understanding various partner technologies; building reference architectures, and implementing against existing practices/solutions. Responsibilities:

• Creating Strategic Partnerships: In the growing areas of emerging technologies
• Building Solutions: Working within a cross-functional team ensuring solutions that integrate with the technology partners are developed for mutual customers
• Diving Deep: Participate in deep architectural discussions with product development teams to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployments
• Communicating: Author or otherwise contribute to internal and customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, solutions marketing, reference architectures and reference implementations
• Enabling: Close collaboration with product marketing enabling the organisation and partner’s sales and marketing teams, as well as internal teams including sales, solutions architecture and support

Requirements:

• Degree in business, engineering, computer science or related
• Minimum 3-4 years in similar positions
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work with product management
• System integrator / Consulting background is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong presentation skills
• High energy and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
• Easy to work with and a team player
