Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist in oversight of daily technical operations – troubleshoot, go into problems and incident calls, generate reports
- Work closely with Technical Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate products and services
- Manage a Technical team of up to 15 offshore engineers
- Handle all escalations and provide appropriate course of action for Engineers to follow up and execute on
- Ensure strong customer engagement with regular service reviews with updates on products/services
- Interface with customers and internal teams for Incident Management, performing root cause analysis and preparing reports for customers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/IT/Computer Science or any relevant field
- At least 4 consecutive years in hands-on experience with platforms and networks i.e Windows Server 2012/2016, Active Directory
- Knowledge in full suite of Microsoft services
- Knowledge in basic network operations
- Able to manipulate, analyse and interpret data to communicate findings from reports
- Certification in Microsoft Services or Cloud systems is advantageous
- Able to work on urgent escalations beyond usual working hours if needed
