Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Technical Analyst

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing technical systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and business users. Prepare and maintain system documentation, workflows, and technical reports. Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements. Support project implementation and post-deployment analysis.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Analyst or in a similar IT support role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
