We are hiring Technical Analysts for a Singapore`s largest HealthTech Agency .
As a Technical Analyst you will be supporting a National level project which is a central repository of patient records, drawn from and shared across healthcare providers to facilitate the continuity of care for patients. The records include patient demographics, visits, diagnoses, discharge summaries, medications, and laboratory and radiology reports

In the continuous effort to enrich data for better patients\' care, the Data Integration team, collaborate closely with public and private healthcare organizations\' IT teams or vendors, to integrate and contribute data and achieve the common national vision.

As Technical Analyst (TA), your role & responsibilities is to:
\xc2\xb7 Understand the project`s functionalities and data, in relation to the corresponding clinical workflow and processes
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that IT teams adhere to the data contribution requirements and there is no known clinical safety issue arising from these data
\xc2\xb7Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to effect resolution of issues to enable successful data on-boarding
\xc2\xb7 Be meticulous in reviewing the key notes and outcome documented in the data mapping specification with respective IT teams, for their implementation
\xc2\xb7 Support Operation team in assessing potential implication due to data related production issues and provide feedback on the IT teams\' resolution approach
\xc2\xb7 Review and provide feedback on interface specification to ensure design adhere to industry practice and standards
\xc2\xb7 Provide regular progress status to Senior Technical Lead or Data Integration Lead

Requirements / Qualifications
\xc2\xb7 Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical ability and communication skills
\xc2\xb7 Good team player with positive attitude and pleasant personality
\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and dedicated in producing quality work
\xc2\xb7 Resourceful, adaptable and creative at problem solving
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) is preferred
\xc2\xb7Proficient in SQL, C# .NET, Java application and database development is preferred
\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of experience in data integration projects is preferred
