Design and Build a solid pipeline for characters creation and animation, allowing high-quality assets with a good degree of scalability and an Artist-Friendly Iterability
Level up the end-to-end workflow for our many art disciplines, such as Character Art, Animation, Cinematics and VFX
Analysing and adjusting the framework for art asset creation that balances performance, efficiency and artistry, to achieve optimal run time visual quality and game performance.
Strong understanding of rendering budgets and other technical issues related to performance in real-time engines
Collaborating with artists and programmers to ensure assets can be efficiently integrated in game usage to ensure excellent game performance
Requirements:
Diploma in in Games Art & Design
2 years of experience as Technical Artist
Knowledge in multiple areas of game development: Modelling & Texturing, Shaders, Lighting, Rendering and Post Processes, Scripting, Physics Simulation and Destruction, FX, Rigging and Animation or/and Procedural
Proficient in C#, C++, Python and Unity3D will be a major plus
Bonus to have a gaming portfolio or that demonstrates VFX work.
