Product Support / Development

Develop and maintain understanding and knowledge of Company\'s products and the market environment in which they compete.
Work closely with Sales to meet Customer\xe2\x80\x99s application needs and new products application opportunities, as well as advise and support Sales in response to customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries /expectations.
Support R&D units in HQ to create and achieve smooth technological transfers on new products and applications.
Provide accurate testing /analysis findings or conduct product demo to current/potential customers.
Evaluate and approve new raw material / source.
Develop and exercise prudent utilization of the given budget.
Optimization of formulation costs.

Quality Management

To support customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaint investigation and corrective actions.
Ensure all appropriate R&D documentation are maintained to meet ISO and other compliance-related requirements.

Documentation

Responsible for the maintenance and proper filing of up-to-date technical & safety data sheet.
Prepare technical reports for Management information.
Compile and analyze customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaints to establish trends and alert the respective stakeholders to take proper actions to resolve the issues.
