Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the scope of API projects.
- Troubleshoot API related issues reported by end-users, providing timely and efficient support.
- Assist development and delivery of comprehensive API documentation, including usage guidelines and best practices.
- Assist development teams with testing API related processes and develop high level summaries of results.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members, ensuring their understanding of API functionalities.
- 1 year contract then convert to perm (based on performance)
- Far east square
- Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri; 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm
- Up to $5500 + completion bonus + VB
- Min 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience as an API Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with industry-standard API tools such as (postman, swaggerhub)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Understanding of common web technologies, such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS, and integration technologies/protocols (APIs, REST, HTTP, etc.)
- International transportation/logistics and/or other supply chain related domain experience (nice to have, but not required)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Desire for continuous learning
