Overview

You will be involved throughout the lifecycle of Collaboration solution with our customers. You will design, consult, and answer all questions related to the technical specifications and features of the products and solutions. You will develop, implement, fine-tune, and document the Collaboration solutions and you excel when it comes to troubleshooting. You will document, present, fine-tune and develop solutions. Furthermore, you will develop workshops and trainings and conduct them onsite at the customer's location.

Requirement

• UC user administration, dial plans, UC infrastructure
• Establish UC Manager performance features
• SIP, MGCP, ISDN, Fax protocol
• Webex / Roomkit / SX / MX series setup
• Interoperability with Microsoft, Zoom, and Cisco
• Cisco IOS XE, Cisco Router, Cisco Catalyst

Other Information:

• 3 - 5 years experience specifically on unified communication and video projects
• Willingness and initiative to lead in projects, troubleshooting, and architecting UC solutions
• CCNA Collaboration certification is required
• Good to Programming knowledge in REST API, and Python
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
