You will:

Contribute to content strategy and development for key product lines and solutions. Help to define best practices for technical documentation, UX content, and AI-driven systems. Apply modern UX writing trends to enhance the usability and appeal of product documentation and media. Serve as on-screen talent for feature videos and teardown procedures, ensuring clarity and engagement. Create scripts and storyboards for product feature videos and technical teardown demonstrations. Design and test AI prompts to improve product documentation and internal workflows. Measure content impact using analytics, research, and customer feedback Integrate automation tools and AI technologies to streamline content creation and delivery. Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering innovation and excellence.

Essential Requirements

7-12 years of technical structured authoring (DITA, XML, Markdown) and modern information areas such as media, design and UX writing. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including on-camera presence. Strong knowledge of AI-assisted authoring, prompt engineering, accessibility, and/or UX practices. Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible and engaging content. Strategic thinker with leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience designing AI-driven conversational content (chatbots, copilots). * Use of predictive analytics to optimize content delivery. Familiarity with immersive content (simulations, multimedia, interactive docs, and AR/VR).
