Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Develop a master work programme and specific timelines for operational and maintenance Works associated with building, mechanical and electrical (M&E) trades. The Technical Coordinator is expected to consolidate and review work programmes to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
\xc2\xb7 Carry out overall site management or supervision to ensure that contractors perform works according to requirement specifications. This includes directing on-site technicians and security officers to conduct checks and close-out.
\xc2\xb7 Provide feedback and inputs to the process of service and ad-hoc contract renewal with the aim to streamline workflows and mitigate risk of service non-performance.
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with consultants and end-users to consolidate technical feedback and follow-up from raising case numbers to close-out.
\xc2\xb7 Operate building automation systems and witness site measurement to validate accuracy of results.
\xc2\xb7 Review and comment on contractor\'s proposed drawings, work programme, risk assessments, method statements and submissions to ensure completeness, holistic coverage and alignment with design and user intent.
\xc2\xb7 Organise and attend meetings with contractors to check-in on their progress.
Requirements
\xc2\xb7 The Technical Coordinator is expected to be qualified and trained in either building, mechanical and electrical (M&E) trades and
\xc2\xb7 Must have experience in maintenance and operational planning, site co-ordination, due diligence inspection, investigation, technical feasibility studies and can appreciate fundamentals of workplace safety and health requirements.
\xc2\xb7 The Technical Coordinator shall be responsible for liaising with contractors and end-users to co-ordinate servicing works.
Salary Range
$3,500 - $4,500
