Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Technical Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a reasonable background & understanding in design of Roof Drainage System and Architectural drawing, with proficiency in various software applications. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to create proposal/detailed schematics and Drainage system designs that meet project specifications.

Duties

To develop and produce technical proposal drawings using software. Able to prepare/extract Technical Specification for tendering processes. Collaborate with Head of Dept to ensure proposal/designs align with construction requirements and specifications. Prepare detailed schematics for various Tenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Tender requirements and specification. Assist in the graphic design of presentations and project documentation to effectively communicate concepts.

Experience

Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Revit is added advantage. Experience with Drainage design for Buildings is highly desirable. Strong background in construction principles and system design. Familiarity with Architectural Drawings will be essential. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Good communication skills for effective collaboration within a team environment.
