Ensure timely and accurate qualification of opportunities Liaise between the customer and internal operations team, to ensure each is aware of the customer solution and to create an effective installation Mainly focus on customer requirements and deviations from company's range of products Ensure the functional design is aligned to industry trends and is cost efficient. Manage the cost of the different elements that build the solution to ensure it best fits the customer's requirements and are most cost effective. Document the final solution design to a level of detail and rigor that enables customer to comfortably contract with the company for a clearly defined service and solution and service outcome. Maintain a high degree of thorough knowledge for all company products & services capabilities. Adherence to company's governance processes, tools and sales/service methodology. Partner with the sales team to recommend the most appropriate solution to the customer. Conduct technical sales presentation to prospects & customers Support sales team in evangelizing customers to detect and generate opportunities Onsite project management Qualifications Diploma in Electrical Engineering or other engineering / technical related field No experience required - training will be provided Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Must be fluent in English both in spoken and written skill. PC Proficient and familiar with MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Visio / AutoCAD Meticulous and well organized High degree of initiative, drive and responsibility Desire to upgrade through our intensive training, mentorship, engaged management, and pro-active, process-oriented sales approach Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and prepare budgets
