Job Description
1. Product Research and Development
- To understand the local construction methodology, trends, technologies, products and system through regular site surveys.
- Design/Propose the new products based on the construction methodology surveys.
- Responsible to conduct brief study and write product proposal reports
- To assist company to find local requirement, practices and specifications, technical investment costing for the new product development.
- To understand the local code of practice, standard regulations for the products and system.
- Document engineering work in compliance with the company’s quality system
- Research and study on installation process and on field process of the product ranges
- Responsible to provide construction industry related updates to the company
