Location : Bukit Panjang Ring Road
Position : Technical Executive
Contract period of one (1) year from 1 Aug 2023- 31 July 2024
Working hours
- Personnel to be deployed for ALP lessons.
- Mondays to Friday: 8:00am to 3:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
1) handle school\xe2\x80\x99s ICT loans, inventory management of IT equipments and peripherals,
2) support teachers in the smooth running of lessons for Applied Learning Programme (ALP),
3) possess basic coding skills (HTML, makecode) to assist in technical troubleshooting during ALP lesson,
4) manage school survey data set up and analysis,
5) familiar in the use of CWP ISOMER platform to support in the maintenance and updating of information on school webpages.
6) Preferably Diploma or equivalent in coding/technical related courses and minimum 3 years of experience working in schools/institutions.
7) salary ranges from $2,200 to $2,500 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Job Scope for Technical Executive (TE)
- Able to assist in designing basic coding curriculum suitable for secondary school students.
- Support the teachers in technical coding (makecode) troubleshooting during ALP lessons.
- Handle loans documents and stockcheck list to manage the procurement and loan of ICT/ALP equipments and pheriperals.
- Propose and provide basic training and assistance to all ALP teachers on the usage of coding software and hardware peripherals required for ALP (STEM) curriculum.
- Manage loaning of all ICT/ALP equipment and accessories.
- Report to the IT Head of department regularly (weekly) on all ICT related matters.
- To manage school survey set up and analysis.
- Possess basic HTML coding and support publicity comm in updating of information on School\xe2\x80\x99s Webpages through ISOMER CWP platform.
