Job Description
- Provide facilities management services for our clients\' site in various locations around Singapore. This includes scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.
- Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices and setting up of the events etc.
- Minimum Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Service orientated mindset.
- Working schedule: 5-day work week.
- Singaporean Only (Need to clear G50 clearance).
