Job Summary :Your role will include overseeing and coordinating the maintenance, operation, and improvement of buildings and their systems. This includes managing everything from HVAC and electrical systems to cleaning, security, and space planning. The goal is to ensure that the facilities are safe, functional, and efficient, providing a productive environment.Job Details :

• Salary up to $4600
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:45pm
• Will deployed to site in the North-East Zone

Job Scope :

• Supervise the daily planning, management, and operations of on-site facilities management.
• Handle work requests and address fault calls both during and after office hours.
• Oversee and coordinate contractors for routine and major maintenance and repair tasks.
• Participate in site meetings related to maintenance and repair projects.
• Perform inspections, monitor utility usage, and track building consumption.
• Prepare cost estimates, work proposals, and technical feasibility reports.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of maintenance and repair work, including Mechanical & Electrical, Civil & Structural, and soft services.
• Update the inventory of M&E equipment, submit work schedules, and monitor maintenance schedules for all systems and services.

Job Requirements :

• Independent working trait with strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Diploma in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields with 3 years of relevant experience OR;
• Bachelor\'s in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields or similar certifications
