What the role is:

Senior Technical Executive/Technical Executive (TP Animal Clinic & Wellness)

What you will be working on:

• Manage and perform day-to-day operations at TP Animal Clinic and Wellness (TPACW) as a veterinary technician on a rotating schedule. Maintain and upkeep of TPACW that includes inventory management, client/patient records and equipment maintenance. Assist in procurement of materials and equipment to support TPACW operations and academic activities. Conduct both administrative and technical support for Continuing Education and Training (CET) and Pre-Employment Training (PET) subjects, as well as any other assigned project work (including Major Project and Student Internship Programme). Develop and conduct lectures, tutorials, and practicals in full-time and/or part-time courses. Train and supervise student trainees at TPACW. Conduct and facilitate student-industry collaboration projects. Able to work in the evenings for CET night classes. Mentor students in character development and career readiness.

What we are looking for:

• Qualification in Veterinary technology/ Veterinary nursing or its equivalent from recognised institutions. At least 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience in a vet clinic/ animal hospital. Experience in animal rehabilitation is preferable. Familiar with \'Day One Competences\' for Veterinary Nurses. Have a passion for developing talents, and genuine interest to share knowledge and interact with youths and adult learners. Keen to be involved in applied research/industry projects. Resourceful and able to work independently to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated capacity to work within a team.
