What the role is:

Senior Technical Executive/Technical Executive (TP Animal Clinic & Wellness)

What you will be working on:

• Manage and perform day-to-day operations at TP Animal Clinic and Wellness (TPACW) as a veterinary technician on a rotating schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and upkeep of TPACW that includes inventory management, client/patient records and equipment maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in procurement of materials and equipment to support TPACW operations and academic activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct both administrative and technical support for Continuing Education and Training (CET) and Pre-Employment Training (PET) subjects, as well as any other assigned project work (including Major Project and Student Internship Programme). \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and conduct lectures, tutorials, and practicals in full-time and/or part-time courses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Train and supervise student trainees at TPACW. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct and facilitate student-industry collaboration projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in the evenings for CET night classes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentor students in character development and career readiness.

What we are looking for:

• Qualification in Veterinary technology/ Veterinary nursing or its equivalent from recognised institutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience in a vet clinic/ animal hospital. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in animal rehabilitation is preferable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with \'Day One Competences\' for Veterinary Nurses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a passion for developing talents, and genuine interest to share knowledge and interact with youths and adult learners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keen to be involved in applied research/industry projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resourceful and able to work independently to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated capacity to work within a team.
