Job Description

What the role is:You will be the technical personnel in the Commercial Asset Management Department of the Properties & Land Group, in charge of several commercial complexes, heartland shops, civil defence shelters and social communal facilities.What you will be working on:You will be involved in inspections and taking over of new HDB commercial properties, maintenance of commercial/social communal properties, processing of renovation applications, liaison and supervision of commercial premises upgrading works, monitoring of progress schedule and incident reporting. You will supervise the managing agents and follow up on all technical matters relating to issues at commercial properties managed by HDB, which include procurement and engagement with residents and other stakeholders such as Town Councils and relevant agencies.What we are looking for:You should have a good background in M&E Engineering, Building Management, Building and Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, Building and Property Management or Building Services Engineering. Prior working experience in managing escalators / lifts / air-conditioning repair / replacement work will be an advantage. You should be meticulous and independent, have a pleasant disposition, effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a passion for service delivery.
