Job Description

:

• Reporting to the Project Manager, he/she is overall responsible for the technical aspects of the project in terms of System Design, Functionalities and Performance.
• To lead a team of Project Engineers, Interface Manager/Engineers and Test Manager/Testers and be overall in charge of the design, FAT, Site testing and commissioning of Integrated Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition System (ISCS) for MRT projects in one or more of the following areas:
• SCADA for Power Supply, Environment Control System, Lift and Escalators, Civil equipment, and Fire Protection Systems
• ISCS applications for interfacing to Radio, CCTV, PA, STIS, ATS, Train borne Coms, etc.
• Equipment Cabinet Design
• In charge of Project Procurement and Manufacturing activities (such as cabinet integration/ manufacturing)
• Manage project documentation including design, test plans/procedures, O&M / training manuals, etc.
• Manage interfaces and co-ordination with external system suppliers and client.
• Attend meetings and technical discussion with customer and interfacing parties.

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $8000 + VB

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering
• Excellent working knowledge in SCADA / Control software package on Unix/Linux and Windows platforms
• Experience in working with PLC / RTU and SCADA software package.
• Knowledge in operating systems such as Windows, Solaris/Linux, HW interfaces, interface protocol design (TCP/IP, RS422, etc) will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in network analysis/management, network switches/routers/ firewall setup and configuration
• Min 6 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the design and implementation of Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA) or critical industrial infrastructure control systems
• Independent and possess good Technical Management Skills
• Willing to travel overseas if required.
