Technical Manager (Cybersecurity Products)

• As technical manager, you will be the Senior Technical leader and subject matter expert engaged in the development and delivery of our in-house developed cybersecurity products.
• The role will be responsible for the overall technology strategy, architecture/design and management of our in-house developed cybersecurity products. At the senior level, he/she will be expected to manage technical resources for the product development.
• The role may require working actively in partnership with the wider project team
• You will also work on optimising resources to meet product development constraints taking into account such concerns as Client budget, skills availability, and complexity of the solution.
• Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering in computer science, information technology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the Information Technology field managing software development products/projects
• (Good to have) Knowledge or hands-on experience working with cryptography and/or networking technologies
• (Good to have) Knowledge or hands-on experience working with embedded systems
• Ability to manage with minimal supervision and work in a deadline driven environment
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Good leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities well
• Align, organize and plan activities and tasks in an Agile way for and with the worldwide team
• Singaporean only
