Responsibilities
Be part of the ADG product engineering team as a technical Team leader, to lead a team of 3-4 engineers, contribute ensuring our product industrialization achieving highest possible production standards in order to maximize cost efficiency and to meet time to market in line with the defined targets.
- ATE modernization, test parallelism change
- Product sustaining in production, yield improvement.
- NPI (new products industrialization) and plant transfer qualification.
Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical and/or Electronics engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience as product / test dev engineer.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Technical manager.
- Knowledge of Test Program development in ATE, knowledge of SPEA tester is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of basic digital and analog electronics.
- Knowledge of Descrete devices is a plus.
- Good reporting of technical issues in clear technical language.
