Job Description

Lead and oversee installation, servicing, and maintenance of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems (VRV/VRF, central plants, split units, chillers, cold rooms). Manage project planning, scheduling, and coordination with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, NEA guidelines, and MOM workplace standards. Supervise and provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Review and approve technical drawings, equipment specifications, and system designs. Troubleshoot complex system issues and recommend cost-effective solutions. * Manage budgets, resources, and ensure timely project delivery.
