Job Description

Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the dismantling, inspection, repair, and reassembly of electric motors. Ensure all overhaul activities to comply with established quality standards and safety regulations. Develop and manage schedules for motor overhaul projects, ensuring timely completion of all tasks. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, addressing any complex issues that arise during the overhaul process. Coordinate the procurement and use of necessary tools, equipment, and materials for overhaul projects. Maintain detailed records of all overhaul activities, including inspection reports, repair logs, and quality assurance documentation. Conduct training sessions for technicians on best practices for motor overhaul and maintenance. * Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or requirements.
