Responsible for independently leading and coordinating techno-commercial activities, required to upkeep the business transactions, necessary for smooth execution of business, under the guidance of department manager.
Responsible for addressing various technical requirement, trouble shooting, inventory checks, witness inspections and coordinating with client.
Responsible for leading projects and services for preparation of proposal, site activities and others
Responsible for developing client base and help in business development for after sales, Projects and supervisory services.
Open for travelling and site works at different plant locations.
Support service group executives to prepare quote, technical discussions and liaise & facilitate discussions with various OEM (MHI or Others)
1) Service support Group Activities
Responsible for leading after sales activities, working with client, customers, vendors, OEM and other stake holder.
Oversee and manage commercial activities of Service Support Group, in order have seamless business transactions.
Responsible supporting service executives for all day-to-day activities necessary to upkeep the business transactions, such as but not limited to quote preparations, PO acceptance, technical & commercial discussions etc.
Lead coordination activities with client & OEM, for necessary communications, trouble shooting and any technical discussions.
Responsible for leading & coordinating technical discussion for trouble shooting, STA activities and others with client and with vendors
Responsible for up-keeping of all technical records, maintenance history, spares inventory etc. for each client.
Responsible to prepare techno-commercial proposals required for any project.
Work with project team as assigned, to develop and execute projects
Communicate and build relationship with Client's contacts, procurement team and other necessary stakeholders
Liaise with MHI Japan and other group companies to discuss the requirement, review prices, negotiate and discuss other strategies for pricing, sales terms & conditions, etc.
Visit site as necessary for shutdown works or any technical discussions.
2) Business development Activities
Responsible to work on business promotions, preparing promotional programs, materials and visits to clients for business promotion.
Lead business development activities such as organizing the sales call, preparing service menu, discussing with clients and follow up.
Discussing with MHI-GX solutions for new business activities, new service menus and get necessary approvals.
Responsible for supporting commercial issues for after sales and project including but not limited to collection of bill, invoicing, contract negotiation, preparation of commercial proposal, taxation & Insurance, legal terms & conditions etc.
Assist with preparing monthly reports to MHI-japan & MHIAP management on Technical Service BU.
Assisting in developing knowledge and proving training for various technical aspects.
