Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead technical and R&D strategy.
Guide complex engineering decisions and project design reviews.
Oversee implementation of new technologies (e.g., BIM, modular, green tech).
Ensure compliance with codes, quality, and safety standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Mentor technical staff and promote innovation culture.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related (Master's/Ph.D. preferred).
12+ years in construction, with 5+ in leadership.
Strong technical expertise in design, methods, and materials.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM tools.
