Job Description

Lead a team to improve productivity and quality standards. Manage projects and resolve issues with stakeholders. Provide backup support for the technical team during manpower shortages. Oversee and plan for machine maintenance, setup, and other issue. Manage department inventory, ordering, and disposal via open tender. Coordinate weekly machine movements and container loading/unloading. Explore and implement new technologies to improve machine performance. Support sales team with technical setups and queries. Prepare monthly operational and financial reports. Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirement

Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering. Minimum 8 years in the technical field and 5 years in a managerial role. Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, cooling, and compressor systems is a plus. Strong leadership, business acumen, and budgeting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
