• 5 Days Mon - Fri (8.30am to 6pm)
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or any other relevant field with relevant design/commercial building working experience

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or any other relevant field with relevant design working experience
• Preferably a Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Familiar with working within LTA rail and road structures protection zones will be an advantage
• Prefer with commercial building experience

Job scope

• Develop and implement successful design strategies and implement them for the project
• Ensuring that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget
• Overseeing the design process using technical expertise
• Advising on the selection of materials used and other aspects of procurement
• Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met
• Reviewing designs with health and safety in mind
• Ensuring strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements and Singapore standards.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process
• Managing processes relating to the project\'s design to ensure that everything is delivered to schedule and budget
• Keeping up to date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design
