Job Description

- Position Title: Technical Officer (M&E)/ Technical Supervisor (M&E)
- Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Simei)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm/ Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $4700 + AWS + Bonus + 18 days AL
- Duration: Permanent
- Lead a team of technicians for all facilities management related activities which include controlling and implementing operations
- Attend and oversee M&E maintenance works
- Investigate, analyze and determine the root cause for breakdowns and faults
- Prepare and review reports
- Monitor ad-hoc facilities projects to ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to the prescribed checklist and schedule.
- Assign technicians to breakdown/complaint promptly as and when it is made known to him.
- Feedback on status of major works to department engineer.
- To attend to maintenance complaints, investigations and rectification work.
- Any other tasks, when required by Facilities Manager.
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management
