Technical Officer (Mechanical) \xe2\x80\x93 Jurong Island / Power Plant [LKH]
Our client leads in utilities services, energy and electricity markets, fuel management and storage tank leasing, as well as energy retailing \xe2\x80\x93 focused on providing energy solutions.
This position supporting the Mechanical Maintenance team and responsible for carrying out maintenance works in a safe, efficient and timely manner in accordance with maintenance strategy, to meet planned schedule requirements.
Working location : Jurong Island, company transport provided.
Working hour : Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri 8am-5.30pm, Ad-hoc support might require
Responsibilities:
- Identify and report on defective plant and equipment, including trouble shooting and rectification of faults. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that plant equipment and auxiliary systems continue to operate smoothly and efficiently
- Carrying out all routine and defect-based maintenance duties in accordance with maintenance plans
- Assist with the monitoring of contractors involved in maintenance on site and maintain asset maintenance plans
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date and timely plant history records of all maintenance events
- Support the operation of plant as required in a safe, efficient and timely manner in accordance with operational guidelines and to meet output requirements
- Assess spare part requirements and raise purchases accordingly
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
