What You'll Do



Plan and coordinate the maintenance of EV charging stations with the contractors.

Carry out maintenance of EV chargers for certain EV charging station / battery charger swap station models

Attending to customers' enquiries and coordinating with landlords before the commencement of maintenance work

Ensure records are filed properly and data are updated promptly in system. Prepare and collate information for monthly reports

Performing backend monitoring of the EV charging stations network using the Charging Station Management System and to carry out basic diagnostic of issues

Responding to and troubleshooting issues/interruptions related to EV charging station hardware/firmware

Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Engineering, Customer Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery

Maintain an inventory of tools, spare parts and maintenance equipment, ensuring availability for site work

Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements (e.g. to maintenance procedures, reporting workflows, etc.)

Assist in evaluating contractor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Perform standby duty during and after office hours for network incidents and special events

Any other duties and responsibilities related to the job scope


What You'll Need



Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from any of the recognised Polytechnics in Singapore

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to interpret technical data and logs from charging systems

Good interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with contractors, customers, and internal teams

Able to work on odd timings upon activation, ad-hoc tasks beyond work scope and public holidays and weekends if necessary

Have a valid Class 3 Driving License

Prefer candidate with own transportation for travelling to sites
