Job Details :

• Salary range from $3800 - $4600 ( Depends on relevant experience )
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:45pm
• North-East Zone

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily planning, management, and operations of on-site facilities management.
• Address work requests and fault calls during and outside office hours.
• Manage and coordinate contractors for routine and major maintenance and repair tasks.
• Participate in meetings related to maintenance and repair projects.
• Conduct inspections, monitor utility usage, and track building consumption.
• Create cost estimates, work proposals, and technical feasibility reports.
• Oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair work, including Mechanical & Electrical, Civil & Structural, and soft services.
• Maintain inventory of M&E equipment and submit work schedules.
• Track and monitor maintenance schedules for all systems and services.

Job Requirements :

• Ability to work independently with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields with relevant experience
