QEHS

- Ensure compliance of safety on-site.

- Ensure all safety info relevant to the works are being briefed to the team

- Ensure good housekeeping of work area.

- Constantly review quality of work done.

- Ensure proper filing of documentation.

Preventive Maintenance

- Plan monthly Preventive Maintenance schedule.

- Lead a team of technicians / liaise with sub-contractors / specialist / OEM to carry out Preventive Maintenance.

- Ensure timely completion of Preventive Maintenance as per schedule and servicing checklist.

- Follow up on any defects / outstanding woks from Preventive Maintenance.

- Ensure documentation are in place.

Breakdown Maintenance

- Ensure all Breakdown Maintenance are attended promptly within contract stipulated timeline.

- Lead a team of technicians / liaise with sub-contractors / specialist / OEM to carry out Breakdown Maintenance.

- Ensure prompt closure / recovery with all documentation in place.

- Produce and submit quotation to client for claims where applicable.

Ad-hoc / Project Works

- Liaise with sub-contractors to survey and quote for ad-hoc / project works.

- Produce and submit quotation to client for approval.

- Coordinate and / or plan for the work execution with sub-contractors / in-house manpower upon approval from client.

- Ensure full closure with all documentation in place for claims.

Process

- Ensure team adheres to company policies and procedure in place.

- Ensure no observations / non-compliance for any audits.

- Remain contactable for emergency situations after office hours, weekends and public holidays.

- Any other scopes / duties / responsibilities for the fulfilment of client's contract to be determined by immediate superior / management on case-by-case basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
