The Technical Officer is responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance and support to staff in the School of Business and Services.
[What you will be working on]
Provide first-line technical support to staff
Maintain and troubleshoot facilities, hardware, and software
Manage classroom and laboratory setups
Oversee asset management and procurement processes
Maintain SharePoint systems and user accounts
Support AV setup for school events
Serve as safety officer
Assist with network infrastructure and Wi-Fi maintenance
Handle procurement duties and vendor management
[What we are looking for]
Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in education
Strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency
Workplace Safety and Health Control Measures certification
Technical troubleshooting expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Independent worker with strong teamwork abilities
Detail-oriented with effective time management skills
Commitment to continuous learning
