What You'll Do:

Escort and instruct vendors on-site for OT equipment servicing and upgrades.

Act as the team representative for site onboarding system acceptance test.

Perform first-line diagnostics and coordination for OT systems issues.

Verify the physical security of system hardware and cabinets, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity policies and compliance standards during routine site visits.

Act as the site lead officer for system tech refresh project.

Support the invoice process and delivery order verification.

What You'll Need:

Relevant Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering field from a local Polytechnic.

Familiarity in cyber security and ISO27001

Proficient in Microsoft office application such as excel, word, etc.

A team player and has a good working attitude. Possession of a valid Class 3 driving or Class 2 riding license is preferred.

Able to work on odd timings upon activation, ad-hoc tasks beyond work scope and public holidays and weekends if necessary
