Job Description
Work closely with project teams on drawing amendments. Able to work independently with positive attitude in personal development. AutoCAD is essential. Prepare drawing packages in total (i.e. Design Development,Tender Package, and Construction Package). Generates detailed layouts and detail drawings of the concept design provided by the designers using AutoCAD software. Generates detailed layouts and detail drawings of the concept design provided by the designers using AutoCAD software. Supports compiling materials and specification sheets as a part of any drawing package. Supports creation and/or update of CAD department and division standard drawings. A minimum of 2 years experience in CAD drafting in the Landscape field is required for this position. Good knowledge of Landscape detailing is an advantage. Photoshop, 3DMax, Google Sketch Up, and Revit (BIM) are added values. Associates degree in CAD drafting, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture preferred. Passion to work in the design construction industry is a must. Basic PC skills are necessary for the use of internal programs and software. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel essential.
