Job Responsibilities Manage maintenance to building facilities services including fix-it team. Ensure all the works are carried out safely and in accordance with safety procedures. Review maintenance schedule and plan the task activities for the team. Review completed works and checklists and ensure accurate recorded work order completion. Manage minor work repair/rectification to building or equipment. Facilitate on work repair costing as required. Conduct audit and site inspection. Supervise and audit on subcontractor for equipment maintenance and rectification. Building A&A /defect rectification works. Liaison with customer on all maintenance program ensuring minimum disruption to their operations. Assist to source for competitive vendor/supplier to carry out facility maintenance/repair work. Prepare and submit monthly facilities maintenance/repair report.Job Requirements Diploma in relevant FM discipline with minimum 3 years relevantexperience; or Higher NITEC in relevant FM discipline, with minimum 5 years relevantexperience; or NITEC in relevant FM discipline, with minimum 10 years relevantexperience. Pro-active, ability to prioritize work and achieve desired result Independent, able to work with minimum supervision and have a good understanding of critical workflow Proficient in Microsoft Office - Words, Excel and Powerpoint
