Are you a pro in on-site operations management? In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll assist the site managers in providing property management services and planning daily operational activities. Your role will have a focus on the building\xe2\x80\x99s services and you\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure that health, safety and environmental standards set out by the client/tenants are adhered to.Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be in charge of maintaining the building exterior and interior; as well as performing regular site inspections on all common areas\xe2\x80\x94including public walkways, external fa\xc3\xa7ade and others\xe2\x80\x94and implementing remedial action on any service issues.Keeping clients satisfied

An ideal candidate holds a NTC with minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical trades of ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary or market equivalent qualifications in facility management or building services works. Experience and ability in hands on operation in building, M&E services, basic trouble shooting of breakdowns / faults and performing service recovery is a necessity. It will also be great if you are LEW-trained.Professional and efficient
