Ensure that facility is in operation and comply with the latest Singapore Standards, Statutory Laws and Code of Practice.\xc2\xb7 Provide day to day supervision and support to their specific discipline to ensure safe, courteous and efficient service to the building\xe2\x80\x99s users.\xc2\xb7 To assist Building Manager and Executive to attend to any fault/breakdowns within the property.\xc2\xb7 Perform routine inspections within buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.\xc2\xb7 Able to troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment unit and damaged structures.\xc2\xb7 Assist Facilities Management Team to collate monthly utilities (electricity, water, NEWater, refuse, recycle and ) for all properties.\xc2\xb7 Maintain preventative maintenance procedures and ensure all equipment and systems are maintained in accordance to industry standard.\xc2\xb7 Carry out planned maintenance duties and respond to engineering maintenance faults and breakdowns.\xc2\xb7 Keep Executive and Building Manager informed of any issues found on site.\xc2\xb7 Respond to fir e alarms, persons trapped in lifts and mechanical and electrical engineering emergencies.\xc2\xb7 Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.\xc2\xb7 Any other duties as part of Technician\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities.\xc2\xb7 To be member of Cert Team of assigned property.\xc2\xb7 Assist Facilities Management Team on any site visits as required by the Employer\xc2\xb7 Assist Facilities Management Team on all necessary documentation in order for all records to be in good order.Location:On-site \xe2\x80\x93SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all the requirements.
