Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Technical Officer and Engineer to manage the contractors in day-to-day operations.
Carry out preventive maintenance programme, routine inspection of mechanical and electrical installations.
Attend to tenants complaints, carry out investigation, and repair work.
Check and supervise contractors works.
Record plants operating conditions, utilities meters consumption
Documentation of breakdown and repair works
Monitor spare part inventory and usage

Requirements:

Min Nitec qualification in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Facilities Management/Building Services
2 years of experience in service, maintenance, and repair work
Team-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
