Job Description
TECHNICAL OFFICERQUALIFICATIONS: * Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building Services/Real Estate Management with 3 years working experience in building maintenance or related field.
- Higher Nitec or Equivalent in Building Services or other related courses in building maintenance with 5 years working experience in building maintenance or related field.
- Has good skills in liaising with end users and co-ordination of works with end users and external vendors and in-house technicians.
- Knowledge in implementing solutions and improvements to enhance productivity and cost-saving processes.
- Assist and guide technicians in troubleshooting of site problems including sharing of knowledge with them to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Meeting up with end users on the defects feedback and work improvements proposed by them.
- Prepare job scope for calling of ITQ (Invitation to Quote) and conduct site show-round.
- Carry out evaluation and clarifications for ITQ submissions including raising of Purchase Requisition.
- Plan and prepare Preventive Maintenance schedule for auto-doors and blast doors.
